90-MINUTE INITIAL CONSULT
where we cover your medical history, diet, goals and pain points in detail and establish initial courses of action. Includes in-depth intake, health history and food diary forms with feedback and analysis.
BI-MONTHLY 60-MINUTE, 1-ON-1 CONSULTS
where we continue to dive deeper into your health experience and address and support your body to heal through nutrition, environment, movement, mindset, and nutritional supplements.
CONSULT NOTES AND ACTION PLAN
emailed to you after each consult detailing your personalized dietary and holistic health action steps.
